Survey data analysis-KFC customer preferences & pattern




chart above is the first analysis result,regarding this research summarize the target person are 12 of male 8 of female,mostly visit the KFC outlet age range is 20-25,especially is student.



                                     
                                   


                                  


based on the religion and race buddhism and chinese are the most supported KFC metro prima kepong outlet, it was excited result,mostly people are recognize Malay,Islam is the most visited KFC.
but it might be kepong near by is Chinese citizen living area,that why causes the result chinese is the most visited customer.

Question 1 is asking how often do you visit KFC outlet?
A is very often, B is slightly often, C is Neutral and D is less often.


Conclusion:
mostly people are picking A(7) and B(7),which show KFC has establish a loyalty customer in the kepong area and mostly is the chinese.

Question 2 is asking which favor of fried chicken do you prefer?
A is spicy favor chicken B is original favor chicken


Conclusion :
from the result 9 of the people are choose spicy and 11 of the people is choose original favor,the result are closing,however people visit KFC mostly of the original favor fried chicken,it prove colonel fried chicken recipe are still acceptable now. :)

Question 3 is asking if you visit KFC outlets,mostly you with :?
A family member, B Friend , C Individual and D is couple


Conclusion :
the result are normal,it showing KFC marketing & advertising is efficient ,7 of people choose A and 11 of people choose B, C is 0(acceptable) and D is 2( acceptable). result are showing people visit KFC mostly going by group either is family or friend.

Question 4 is asking mostly how many piece of fried chicken you order?
A is 1, B is 2 ,C is 3 and D is 4 above.


Conclusion :
selected B having 10 person and C having 6 person, we can assume person who selected B(2piece of chicken) is often to order KFC snake plate and C is often order Dinner plate, selected D having 3 person,the 3 person are consider always buying KFC fried chicken with a bucket.

Question 5 is asking How many Hour do you spenting inside KFC?
A is within 1 hour, B is 1-2 hour ,C is 3 hour above and D is take away.


Conclusion:
A and B is the most picked,A is 6 and B is 10,seem like mostly people are going for the breakfast,  lunch or dinner with very quickly time within 2 hour.

Question 6 is asking except fried chicken,which other food is you favor?
A is Burger series, B is Wedges series ,C is soft drink series and D is Mash potato & salad


Conclusion : B is the highest(10) and D is the second(7), C result 0(acceptable result,no one will go for KFC only for soft drink).the result is good,Wedges are the highest is because of the cheese wedges but according the result from question 4,customer are mostly are choose B and C,basically snack plate and dinner plate provide mash potato & salad,7of people choose is reasonable but wedges series is the higher,which mean every customer choose for wedges series,when they purchases a set of fried chicken will be add on wedges.
